Do I need a credit card to start?+
Nope. The 14-day free trial gives you full Pro access. After it ends, you stay on Starter (free of charge for one user) unless you pick a paid plan.
What counts as a "seat"?+
One login. If you and your partner both log in, that's 2 seats. Contacts, leads, customers — those don't count as seats. Only your team members.
Can I change plans later?+
Anytime. Upgrade and the new features are live immediately. Downgrade and the change takes effect at your next billing date.
What about AI minutes and add-ons?+
Available in-product once you sign up. You get a small monthly allotment included, and you can buy more minute packs as you need them. We'll never auto-charge you for overages — you opt in.
How does directory bidding work?+
On the Pro plan, you can place a bid to rank #1 in your city + category. It's an auction — you set your max, and we auto-outbid up to your cap. You only pay for the slot you win.
Is there a per-booking fee?+
A small processing fee applies to bookings collected through GalaGuide so customers can pay you in one click. It's baked into how we keep base plans affordable.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No long-term contract. Cancel from your settings page — your subscription runs out at the end of the current billing cycle, no questions asked.
